These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Implantplanning Center service available at implantplanning.center and app.implantplanning.center (the “Service”), operated by DentaLab OÜ (“DentaLab”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service provides implant planning and related functionality for dental professionals. Certain features may be subject to additional terms, policies, or service-specific documentation.

3. Eligibility and Account

  • You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information; notify us of any changes impacting your account.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Comply with applicable laws and professional regulations when handling patient-related data.

5. Customer Content

You retain rights to the content you upload or generate. By using the Service, you grant DentaLab a limited license to host, process, and display such content solely to operate and improve the Service, and as otherwise permitted by you.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your personal data.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment). We are not responsible for third-party services and they may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, DentaLab disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DentaLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from your use of the Service.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes when required. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Estonia unless otherwise agreed in writing.
